We began in a bricks n mortar store, but are now only on-line and offer one crop
day per month, where the shop is also set up for those that just wish to come
and purchase product.
Located in the Sutherland Shire in Sydney, we offer flat rate postage (Australia only)
or pick up if local to Sylvania or at our monthly crop day at Gymea.
We are passionate about all things scrapbooking and papercrafts, and hope
to develop this blog as a useful tool of inspiration for you to share, as well as
hopefully finding lots of goodies at reasonable prices to purchase for your own
Our aim is to offer you affordable products so you too can preserve your special
memories, as well as providing you a source of inspiration and tips and techniques
to develop your own style of papercrafting.

Internet banking or over the counter deposits at Commonwealth Banks (payments be be finalised within 3 working days of ordering - please quote your order number or name). Please allow 48 hours for your payment to reach our account, if the payment is being processed through another bank other than Commonwealth (where our account is held).
If local and pick up, please just write a note in the comments section and we will manually deduct the postage before processing, or you can pay with correct Cash at time of pick up, please contact Vanessa on 0414305316 to organise a suitable time for pickup.
We despatch orders on the next business day and deliver via Australia Post, please note: if paying by Bank Transfer, monies must clear our Bank Account before items will be posted.
Our Postage Rates:
•Regular Post is at a Flat Rate of $7.95 to anywhere in Australia.
At this stage we are only shipping within Australia, unless it is a very small or light item, if so please contact us and we can negotiate postage. Our contact details are firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns/Out of Stock Items
•If you receive a faulty item please contact me immediately at email@example.com.
The item will need to be returned at your cost for assessment before a refund is issued.
•We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or order incorrectly. There is ample time in checkout to look over your order and make sure what you confirm is what you require. You can also log into your account and use My Account to look at previous order history so that you don't double up. It is YOUR responsibility to check your shopping cart prior to checking out.
•Occasionally an item you order might be out of stock. If this happens your order will ship with a refund in your box (if you paid via bank deposit) or if paying via Credit Card, this amount will be deducted before processing the amount through your credit card.
•Products WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED without your consent.
•If a "clearance item" is unavailable, you will not be contacted and just provided a refund/deduction to the credit payment amount.
