Don't let anyone ever dull your sparkle using Kaisercraft Romantique by Kerryn Fry

Good morning everyone!
I'm back today for the last share of 2017, can you believe it.
This week I've continued to create with the beautiful collection,
Kaisercraft Romantique
The photos are from my Niece's 21st birthday in August.

The kraft background has a simple effect this week,
starting with some white gesso sponged through a 6x6 Crafter's Workshop Template
and then random stamping with charcoal ink.
I have cut 2 Crafty Chandlier in half.
It has been covered with charcoal ink, once dry, I've added a grey/blue Metallic Rub
 to highlight sections.

also been cut to allow the word 'sparkle' to stand alone.
The first part of the title has been given the same effect as the Chandlier
charcoal ink and the Metallic Rub.

The main feature of the title 'Sparkle' has been given a few coates of gesso, some paint
and then a few thick coates of Diamond Stickles.

The cute little birdcage was fussy cut from the patterned paper Boudoir.
I have added a few pieces from the Collectables Pack to create small clusters,
then used foam tape to give some of the pieces a little dimension.
The Sticker sheet was create to add a few words of inspiration.

Thank you for visiting the blog today.
I hope you have been inspired by the project.
Please join us again on the 1st Monday of 2018 as Fiona will be
back sharing her next page for the new year.

"Lovely" by Amanda using Photo Play Thinking of You Collection

 Greetings AAS fans!

Check out the beautiful colours and patterns in this lovely

So sweet and perfect for my lovely little niece, Isla!

I stacked and layered a number of papers from this range. I placed them at the top and bottom of the layout. I also placed them behind the photo and the stack of papers that housed the title. I adore how this turned out.

Added to each section are stickers from the element sticker sheet in the range. I also added
some word stickers from Jillibean soup and Cocoa Vanilla Studio.

Let's look closely at these details.

Here you can see  the awesome stickers from the Sticker sheet , which I have layered together. I also added the "happy" word from the Jillibean sticker sheet.

I repeated the same elements in this corner: stickers layered with Jillibean soup
 "always" word sticker.

For the title, I used the new Cocoa Vanilla Studio chipboard titles from the Bohemian Dream range. I sprayed the word with some Colour Blast Shimmer Spray in Sunshine. I also did some subtle splatters with the yellow on the background while I had the spray out.

Again I layered the title with more stickers. I put the butterfly sticker on foam tape
 for a little dimension.

I hope you like this bright, sweet page!

Smiles with CVS Bohemian Dream by Fiona Johnstone

Merry Christmas everyone!!

Hope you are all having a magical Christmas today. I am popping in to share a page created with the stunning Bohemian Dream papers by Cocoa Vanilla Studio.

Smiles

I've used Dylusions Paints to create a background with dabbing and brushing on paint before using some stamps to add extra texture to my background.

Next I have layered up some of the patterned papers, added some flowers and a title over the paper.

I also painted the 2Crafty Chipboard heart with Dylusions paint to match, then tucked it under my paper layers.

I added some ephemera & a flair button from the collection to complete the layout.

Thanks for stopping by
Till next week

Beautiful with Kaisercraft Romantique
by Kerryn Fry

Good morning all.
I'm sharing my last project before Christmas
and I've gone soft and pretty this week.
I have been waiting for the right collection to scrapbook these photos
and Kaisercraft Romantique had the perfect colours and patterns to get started.
Mr 13 was a junior groomsman for his cousin's wedding last year,
he looked so handsome and he did an amazing job.
The page was started with a Kraft Cardstock,
there were no background effects needed with these gorgeous papers,
I have let the layers of pretty papers do the work.
The 2 Crafty chipboard title, hearts and bouquet have been covered with paint
and then sections of the chipboard has been highlighted with Ranger Diamond Stickles.

I have added a few Kaisercraft gems to the Beaded Hanging Hearts for a little more sparkle.

I have used the Kaisercraft Collectables to embellish the page in a few areas.
Creating clusters around the photos with foam tape and some fussy cutting of acetate butterfly sheet.
More Stickles used to add more sparkle
The banners from the Collectables pack were a great addition
in the top corner of the page.
I've used foam tape to create an extra layer.

The birds were too cute not to be included on the page.
The dates have been die-cut from scraps and given a coat of Stickles.

Thanks for dropping by today.
I hope you have enjoyed my page and will pop back Monday to
see Fiona's next project.

Christmas cards by Amanda H

Hi everyone!
With Christmas only a few days away, today I am sharing the quick Christmas cards I have made for some friends and family.
I used the fun new Christmas collection: Doodlebug Milk & Cookies

I ended up with 6 different cards.
Using the 6x6 paper pad, I was able to mix and match the papers to create these cards.
I also fussy cut many of the paper elements and paper strips to add to the cards.

From my stash I added a doiley, leaves, stamen and some sequins to each card.

Each card was finished with a 2Crafty title: from the Christmas Mini Word Set.

Card 1: "Ho ho ho"

The chipboard title was sprayed with Colour Blast Shimmer Spray in Singin the Blues.

Card 2:"Santa"

The chipboard title is inked green.

Card 3: "Celebrate"

The chipboard title is inked black.
I also added Bella Blvd Puffy heart stickers to this card.

Card 4: "Festive"

The chipboard title has been sprayed with Colour Blast Shimmer Spray in Bling.

Card 5: "Rejoice"

The chipboard title is inked green.

Card 6: "Christmas"

The chipboard title is also inked green.

That's it!
I hope you get some last minute creative time, like me, to get busy making Christmas cards this year! These ones are quick and easy and I know will be appreciated by my family!

Thanks for looking!

Harry our Reindeer with MME Oh What Fun! by Fiona Johnstone

Hello everyone

Another Christmas page to share today, this time using the funky Oh What Fun!
collection by My Minds Eye.

Harry our Reindeer

I adore the Christmas Tree paper on black and wanted it to feature so have used a large strip to create my design with a pops of red to match the antlers. The gorgeous gold spotted Kraft cardstock (by Pebbles) added a touch of Christmas shine to a plain background.

I've created my embellishments with the Pebbles Ephemera and used some 2Crafty chipboard - they have lots of cool Christmas themed chipboard.

Love this flying reindeer! He's been painted in gold.

I finished my page with some gorgeous gold thicker stickers.
They are the perfect shiny touch to the Christmas page!

Thanks for stopping by
Till next week

Happiness is this with ModaScrap Viaggi Vintage by Kerryn Fry

Hi everyone!
Can you believe how quickly these last few weeks are flying by?
It's Friday again, one of the last few remaining for the year and I have another page to share with you.
Today's project features the collection kit ModaScrap Viaggi Vintage
A great kit, 12 single sided papers with the reverse side being a fantastic creme cardstock,
perfect for die-cutting a few different elements on the page.
The photos are from school camp last year for Mr 13.
Starting with a kraft cardstock background,
I've used a Crafters Workshop Temple and Distress Ink
to add the first layer to the page, randomly adding some colour.
The clouds were die-cut using the reverse side of the papers
and then I have used a black pen to add some faux stitching.
I have also used the back of the patterned paper to create my journaling strips.
I have used Tim Holtz word stickers to extend the title.
I have hand cut some chevrons from one of the patterned papers to a layers to the paper

The embellishment features at the side and bottom of the page
have been created using a few different dies.
Kaisercraft dies were used to cut out the frame and month.
I have used the reverse side of the papers again for the date
and then painted them with Distress Paint to match.
Random dies were used for the stars and seaweed.

The Kaisercraft Lucky Dip Wooden Arrows were the perfect addition
to the embellishment clusters and the natural colour worked well with the page.

Thank you for visiting the blog today.
I hope you have been inspired by the page and
have the opportunity for plenty of creative time over the weekend.
Fiona will be back on Monday to share her next project.
Have fun!
